sept. 03: rid yourself of one thing
It could be the pile of mail you have been meaning to sift through.
Or the junk drawer in the kitchen. Maybe you've been holding on to mounds of fabric for that one project because it was too cute to leave in JoAnn (that was a personal confession).
Cleaning/purging/downsizing, all of that can feel overwhelming. So taking a moment to focus on one item, one task can bring immediate gratification + value.
And if at any point today you tell yourself, "I didn't get shit done that I was supposed to do", breathe gently, slap yourself with some grace, and remember what you did rid yourself of. And keep on going.
